CUISINE - The menu includes a diverse selection of fish and seafood such as mahi-mahi, walu, yellow-fin tuna, red snapper, prawns and crabs that are fresh caught by local fishermen, or purchased the very day from the market. We also offer selection of beef, lamb and chicken. One of our specialty is oven roasted wild pork, or Fijian traditional Lovo.

The food is simply delicious and there is a new menu every day. Our main focus is on freshness and quality. Most fruits and vegetables are picked right before you eat it, or purchased fresh from the local market. The coconut cream, essential in Fijian Traditional Cuisine is hand scraped and squeezed from fresh coconuts literally minutes before you eat it. We also bake a selection of daily fresh breads.
